Hello All! Here, we are going to see Apple Cider Vinegar: how it is made, what it contains, what it is used for and its health benefits.

We usually get to hear from people we can use this for weight loss, then, we also do some research about it whether it really works and its side effects.

It is basically a vinegar made from fermented apple juice. It is used for many years in food preservatives, food recipes, salad dressings, and etc.

How it is made? It is made by crushing apples to squeeze out the juice. Bacteria and yeast are then added to the liquid to start the alcoholic fermentation process, which converts the sugars to alcohol. In a second fermentation step, the alcohol is converted into vinegar by acetic acid-forming bacteria (Acetobacter species).

What does it comprise? It possess very negligible amount of nutritional value. Maximum portion of it is water with some nutrients available in apple fruits.
